The Bundled Refinance Rate for liability over $1,500,000 is computed at 68% of the Basic Schedule of Rates plus the applicable charge for a tax certificate.
Includes Form 100, Form 8.1, Form 110.7, Form 115.2, Form 100.30 Form 116, and Deletion of the Standard Exceptions (1, 2, 3 and 4 set forth on Schedule B-Section 2 of Commitments), and tax certificate. All additional requested endorsements will be issued in accordance with the Basic Schedule of Rates. Only the ALTA Short Form Residential Loan Policy with the current ALTA Loan Policy, or ALTA Expanded Coverage Residential Loan Policy – Second Generation Loan Policy may be issued for this program.
Note: Does not include the manufactured housing endorsement (ALTA 7 - $70.00) and applies only to Residential (1-4 Family Platted and Improved).
